As a practicing psychologist I am passionate about sharing what psychology as a science has to offer and making it relevant to everyday life. Psychological research is fascinating and it can provide lots of helpful, practical information on how to make us happier and healthier.
With this in mind I have designed a series of workshops covering a broad variety of topics, such as sleep, parenting, couple relationships, living well with different mental health conditions and many more, from the perspective of psychology. I also offer a 10-week mindfulness skills training (one-to-one and in groups); a large body of research shows that practicing mindfulness is beneficial for mental and physical health, and you have the opportunity to master these skills in a supportive environment. I am happy to provide more information upon request.
I am always happy to hear your feedback and answer any questions. If there is a particular topic that you would like covered in my workshops, please feel free to let me know. *Please note that for all the workshops booking is essential.*
